Little Emma is GVF’s eighth animated feature film and it’s part of other titles in their catalogue that include Ella and the Little Sorcerer, Cinderella and the Secret Prince, Academy of Magic and Mulan: The Princess Warrior. Allen Tsang, GVF’s head of international, will be heading the delegation to Berlin alongside sales expert Ariel Veneziano. The Gold Valley Film team is based at The Marriott 1010.

“It’s interesting to see how EFM has gone back to how it was pre-Covid, and I cant wait to have a proper conversation, drink and share meals with so many friends from different parts of the world,” said Tsang.

Veneziano complemented, “Little Emma is a great work because it is interesting and there is a part of it which people can relate to. We are delighted to present to the Berlin the most premium project in terms of quality of animation and its marketability as well.”

Little Emma is now in post-production and is expected to be delivered in the second quarter of this year. Board GVF joined Neko Productions who worked with SEGA to produce animation for different titles of the Sonic the Hedgehog series as co-producers and Toonz Media Group a global kids and family entertainment major with many successful projects such as Wolverine and the X-men, Speed Racer series, 1001 Nights, Fruit Ninja among others. Ariel Veneziano, a veteran entertainment executive, serves as a consultant on the project.

Another highlight in the film is the music that was composed, performed, recorded and mixed by an LA based composer Daniel Markovich whose work has already been heard in different TV shows and has been featured in films screened in major international film festivals like Cannes and the Viennale Film Festival.

“Everyone around the world will surely appreciate the story, which actually is original, and the entire GVF-owned wisdom encapsulated in the story,” described Roger (Qing) Chen, CEO of GVF and one of the-studio’s founders along with Adam (Hao Qiang) Qiu in 2013. “Our movies are no exception either, as what allows the female protagonist to be victorious is her strong will and courageousness.”
