The two Punjabi films that were released on the same date have finally been released and those are, Mansooba and Jatta Dolie Naa. The review of the latter has already been out and here is the honest and complete review of Mansooba.
One of the promising looking ventures is “Mansooba” produced by Manjit Singh Mahal under the Ansh Productions Inc. dictum and is in collaboration with Rana Ranbir Studios which encompasses Farsight Studio. There is no doubt that such a joint release has added vis-a-vis its advance screening.

Rana Ranbir took an interesting theme on which he both contrived and directed himself. This film has portrayed the Father-Son stoutly. The storyline and the screenplay is magnetic and helps you remain glued to your seat. It has a lot of emotional drama however some issues concerning father and son too have been addressed. Rana Ranbir never ever disappoints us when it comes to providing us with Family content and once again he stole our hearts with “Mansooba”
More than a movie, ‘Mansooba’ is a very emotional odyssey that pulls audience into the complex world of relation building. It excellently epitomizes the true notion of loving one’s family yet without shying away from the emotional turmoil that this love relationship entails. For this very quality, it emerges as a deserving contender for cups of storytelling.
As far as appearing the star castings, every body fell in love with lead character Navdeep Singh who probably won everyone’s heart due to his marvelous career. It was impossible to recognise him after watching this role in the movie. When ever he played a character it was better than before.He is the type of artists who are needed in Industries like Navdeep Singh who do any work with full heart, body and mind too.
Next comes actor Malkeet Rauni who played father’s character in movie had made eyes to shed tears of agony. He added extra oomph also through his acting the dumb.
Last but not least, Rana Ranbir himself assumes responsibility as the main army of this film not only conveying such an extraordinary story towards any audience but also performing his skills of acting to entertain them.
Furthermore, apart from these, Sardar Sohi, Rajveer and Manjot Dhillon gave wonderful performances that enhanced the whole history by establishing a natural family relation in between them and making the audience feel that they are on the journey as well.
